Your Humpty Dum order will be processed within 48 hours of receiving payment, orders received over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. The movements of the order are notified by email. Estimated delivery times (afer shipment) are from 1 to 5 working days. Deliveries are delivered from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 19.00. Shipping to Italy costs € 7.50 and the order is processed with TNT via registered mail with tracking. For the rest of Europe and the world, shipping costs vary according to the country. N.B. it is not possible to change the address or the order afer making the purchase. We recommend that you make sure that someone is present at the address provided to collect the package. If you are not present at the time of the courier’s passage, a note will be lef with the details to arrange a new delivery. Humpty Dum is not responsible for any delays due to operations and checks, delays by the courier or due to force majeure beyond the control of the brand. During promotions, shipments may take longer. In all cases Humpty Dum reserves the right to postpone the shipment in the event of events involving force majeure.
