EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

It is possible to request an exchange or refund within 14 days by returning the goods to the sender’s address indicated in the sheet shown inside the package. Once we have received the package, we will take care to contact you to arrange the exchange and / or return of the goods. N.B. shipping costs for exchanges and returns are charged to the buyer.
